Why posting declarations are mandatory
Directive 96/71/EC, as amended by Directive (EU) 2018/957, and Directive 2014/67/EU require host states to check the working conditions of posted workers. In practice, the employer must notify the posting before work starts, in the portal of the relevant authority.
A missing or incomplete declaration can lead to significant fines. We take care of the administrative side so you can stay focused on the project.
