1. Who we are

2. Nature of the services
eAdvisors provides administrative services (preparing, completing and filing applications and declarations on the client's behalf, under a written mandate), economic and management consulting and recruitment and selection services.
We are not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, draft legal instruments or represent clients in court. We do not keep books or give tax advice. Information on the site is general in nature.
3. Orders and contract
For A1 certificates, posting declarations, management consulting and recruitment, the quote is sent by e-mail and the contract is concluded by accepting the quote and signing the mandate.
For EORI numbers and company certificates, orders are placed directly on the site, without an account: fill in the form, attach the documents and pay by card. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed. Displayed prices include VAT; for company certificates, official fees are added separately and shown before payment.
4. Client obligations
- Provide accurate, complete and current data and authentic documents.
- Sign the mandate needed to file the application.
- Respond to requests for additional information within the stated timelines.
5. Timelines and liability
Stated timelines are estimates and depend on the competent authorities. The decision to issue documents belongs solely to the authorities. eAdvisors' liability is limited to the value of the service paid, except where the law provides otherwise.
6. Payment
Online payment is made through the Stripe payment processor, on its secure page. eAdvisors does not receive or store card details. The invoice is sent by e-mail.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, under Government Emergency Ordinance No 34/2014. By placing an order, you expressly request that the service starts before this period ends and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed (for example, once the application is filed). If you withdraw before filing, we refund the full amount within 14 days.
8. Complaints and disputes
Complaints may be sent to contact@eadvisors.ro; we reply within 15 days. Consumers may contact ANPC (anpc.ro), the ADR procedure (reclamatiisal.anpc.ro) or the European Commission ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Romanian law applies.
9. Intellectual property
Site content (texts, logo, graphics) belongs to eAdvisors and may not be copied without written consent. Client logos are shown as references and belong to their owners.
