About eAdvisors

Who drafts and signs off legal documents?
Legal advice and legal documents (contracts, mandates, addenda) are drafted, approved and signed off exclusively by a partner law office, a fully qualified lawyer, under Law No 51/1995. eAdvisors handles the administrative side and coordinates the process.
Are you a public institution?
No. eAdvisors is the brand of VAX ADVISORS S.R.L., a private company offering consulting and administrative assistance. We do not represent any authority, and official documents are issued solely by the competent institutions.
Can I file the application myself, directly with the institution?
Yes. All applications can also be filed directly by the applicant. Clients choose us for the time saved, file checks, avoiding rejections and follow-up until completion.
Do I need to come to the office?
No. We work 100% online: documents are sent by e-mail, applications are filed electronically and you receive the issued documents by e-mail. Meetings are by appointment only.
How is the price set?
For EORI numbers and company certificates we have fixed prices shown on the site and online card payment. For other services you get a written quote within 24 business hours after describing your situation.
What happens to my documents?
We use them strictly for your file. Files sent through order forms are not kept on the website server, and access is limited to the people working on the file.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. The invoice is issued to the company or individual and sent by e-mail.

A1 certificate

How much does getting an A1 cost?
The price depends on the number of workers, the type (posting, self-employed, multi-state work) and urgency. The preliminary assessment is free and you get the quote by e-mail within 24 business hours.
Do you work with sole traders (PFA)?
Yes. Many of our files are for sole traders and professionals temporarily working for clients abroad. We check first whether the situation qualifies.
Can you file for several employees at once?
Yes. For teams we prepare the files in parallel and track each worker's period, so you know in advance when a document needs renewing.
Do I need to come to an office or the pension authority?
No. Everything is online: you e-mail us the documents, the application is filed electronically and you receive the issued document by e-mail.

EU posting declarations

When must the declaration be filed?
In most states, before work starts. Exact deadlines differ by country and we tell you for each project.
Does the posting declaration replace the A1?
No. The A1 concerns social security, while the posting declaration concerns working conditions in the host country. You usually need both.
Do you also file monthly SOKA-BAU reports?
Yes, based on the timesheets and pay data you send us every month.

EORI number

How long does it take?
Usually 1-2 business days from filing a complete application. The final timing depends on the customs authority.
Does the EORI number expire?
No, but it must be updated when identification details change (for example address or name).
Do I need an account on the site?
No. Fill in the form, attach the documents and pay. All other communication is by e-mail.
What if documents are incomplete?
We contact you by e-mail or phone and tell you exactly what else to send.

Company certificate

How much does it cost?
Our service starts at 120 RON, plus the official fee. You see the total before paying.
How soon will I receive it?
Usually the same or the next business day after payment, depending on when you order.
Is it valid for tenders?
Yes, the electronically signed certificate is commonly accepted. Still, check in the tender documents how recent it must be.

Management consulting

Which companies is it for?
For small and medium-sized companies, from start-ups to firms with dozens of employees, that want to grow in an organised way.
Do you replace the accountant?
No. We work with your accountant and use their data for analysis and planning.
How is the price set?
After the initial call, per project or as a monthly retainer. You get the quote within 24 business hours.

Do you also work for private companies?
Yes. The process is the same, adapted to the role and team size.
Who makes the final decision?
The employer or the company's competent bodies. We provide the assessment and reasoned recommendations.
Do candidates pay anything?
No. Services are paid only by the employer.

We are not a public body and do not represent the National Public Pension House, the Trade Register, the customs authority or authorities in other states. Official documents are issued solely by the competent institutions, and applications may also be filed with them directly. Our fees are for our assistance and are separate from any official fees.
