Read the tender data sheet carefully
In public procurement, the requirements for the company certificate are set in the tender documents. Always check how recent it must be and whether it must contain specific information, for example the activity covered by the contract.
Electronic or printed format
An electronically signed certificate is commonly accepted in online procedures. For banks or foreign partners, ask in advance whether they accept the electronic format or need another one.
Check the details before submitting
- the required activity appears among the authorised activities;
- director and office details are up to date;
- there are no notes that may raise questions.
If you notice outdated details, they must be updated through the legal procedure, with an authorised professional. We only handle obtaining the certificate.
Plan ahead
Order the certificate a few days before the deadline so you have time to check the details. On our page the order takes a few minutes and you pay by card.
